From room temperature: We recommend placing them in the microwave for 15-20 seconds. If reheating more than one cookie in the microwave, we recommend doing them individually.
From frozen, we always recommend letting your cookie thaw before reheating for best results.
Yes! We have found that the cookies are still tasty after freezing them for up to 12 months!
Our cookies (unlike other companies) are individually wrapped and sealed.
Most will last well over a week; however, we think it is best to freeze them if they will not be consumed the week you receive them. Frozen they will last well over 12 months!
All of our products are perishable goods. We do not accept returns or exchanges. All sales are final.
